Toys'R'Us - 2014 Holiday Campaign

After a successful run of commercials with Toys”R”Us they asked us to do additional work on their 2014 Holiday Ad Campaign. These fun and imaginative commercials directed by the amazingly talented Daniel Hashimoto were a lot of fun to work on.  In just a few months, we delivered 25 VFX vignettes incorporating motion graphics, puppetry, and 3D Animation in a campaign that Nielsen ranked number four in the Top 10 Holiday-Themed Ads of 2014.

Nielsen Top 10 Holiday-Themed Ads

While proud of the Nielsen nomination, we take greater pride in delivering exceptional service to an extraordinary toy company.

There very well may not have been Christmas this year if not for Eric Miller’s steady hand on the reins. Eric Miller and the team at Eric Miller Animation played an invaluable role in putting the magic in our 2014 Toys R Us Holiday campaign. With over 80 spots in 2 short months, each requiring photo real 3d and character animation to breathe life into magic imaginations, the ask was truly immense. Eric MIller’s experienced professionalism, coupled with a talented and scalable team helped us easily and responsibly manage the ongoing flux that defines a mercurial holiday retail environment. From late season offer and product changes to unplanned branding needs, the team was regularly relied on to exceed expectations, and to do so within reasonable budget parameters and under impossibly short timelines. Santa could not have delivered a better Holiday partner.

Toys'R'Us - C'mon Let's Play

When The Escape Pod Ad agency hired us to produce VFX for a national Toys“R”Us  campaign, we were thrilled to count one of the world’s largest toy companies as our first client. It was also quite an honor to collaborate with the brilliant Director and VFX genius, Daniel Hashimoto, creator of the immensely popular Action Movie Kid YouTube web-series.
